These profiles are reviewed and tested in our C.E.C. (California Energy Commission) approved battery testing facility in Nebraska.
We designed our newest chargers to be compact and lightweight. They have universal AC input and external DC and signal connections to allow for easy on-board integration. Save all that room for your engineers to design great features to include with that bot.
The IP66 rated Summit II doesn't worry about water or debris like dirt or mud. It is sealed and uses natural convection cooling - built without a fan. The chargers also have a wide operating temperature range for use in non-temperature controlled facilities.
Auto-voltage sensing models provide the ease of using one charger - including for customers with vehicles on different voltages. Plus the external terminal block makes changing the DC cordset a breeze. Now your only worry is determining how many new AGV's are needed on that order.
The charger stores charge cycle history records that can be accessed conveniently anytime using the ChargerConnect app. The charger has a sophisticated storage mode that will monitor battery voltage and time elapsed to ensure your batteries stay properly charged and cared if that robot isn’t used regularly. No worries for your customers taking long holiday breaks, it will be ready to go when they need it.
